“水滴”是這樣誕生的
號稱“世界首創湖上體育場”的天津奧林匹克中心體育場“水滴”，在經過三年多的建設后，3月10日將向世人揭開面紗。
“水滴”的設計周期前后總共花了兩年多時間，這個呈不規則橢圓形的“大水滴”僅屋蓋的設計圖紙就超過2000張，而由外弧里弧共896條圓弧、近萬個節點擬合成整個曲面的設計，全國知名專家論證：“水滴”造型、曲線、利用的材料是目前國內體育建筑最復雜的設計。
那么，參與這項偉大工程的設計者和建設者，是如何讓一個浪漫奇異的想象變成現實的呢？這個建筑“皮膚”由金屬和玻璃組成的“大水滴”，建設者是如何克服設計和施工上的難度，讓這些材質各異的“皮膚”安全妥帖地覆蓋到“飄移”的鋼架上？在一個個“攔路虎”面前，“蜘蛛俠”安裝工們如何在維系生命的安全繩上工作？
這里，我們只做記錄，也僅能做記錄，因為記錄是對建設者最大的尊重和敬意！
設計方案競爭的是外觀
“角斗士”均國際一流水準
臨水而起，猶如一顆由東南風吹來的水滴，在建的天津奧林匹克中心體育場與已建成的天津體育館宛若兩顆清亮的水滴，搖曳著在水面掠過。這幅詩意美景將于3月10日呈現在我們面前。
2008年，北京奧運會的足球比賽將在這里進行。
天津奧林匹克中心體育場的設計，按照國際慣例，天津市政府采取向國內外招投標方式公開招標，經過專家反復論證和評審，日本佐藤綜合計畫從中國、澳大利亞、法國、德國、韓國、美國等的12家競標單位中脫穎而出一舉中標。最終由他們與天津建筑設計院聯合完成天津奧體中心競技區總規劃及體育場單體設計。
事實上，12家競標單位中包括天津建筑設計院，他們提供了將天津“市花”月季花融入設計理念的“城市之魂、水韻花影”設計方案。對于曾經設計過天津體育中心等成功案例的這家設計院，這次方案沒有中標，該院副總建筑師王士淳顯得很坦然。
“12個方案當中，11個方案都是國外設計的，其中有4家與中國合作，我們是唯一一家純中國的設計單位，而且入圍了三甲，還是挺驕傲的。”王士淳承認，中標的日本方案立意在12個方案中是最突出的。“水環境在天津來講是一個特點，而原來奧體中心預留用地范圍內就有較大水面，體育場造型是水滴狀，與周圍水環境比較融洽。”
與此相對應，其他落選的11個方案，在設計風格與設計理念上各有什么優劣？王士淳肯定，設計競爭的就是外觀。“不是說誰中標就是最好的設計單位，中標與否同評委的審美取向有很大關系，可能再請一批評委又會有不同的選擇。”
報名參與招標的30多家設計單位中，經過資格和業績評審，篩選出12家在體育設施設計上具有國際一流水準的設計單位參與競標。這12家單位涵蓋了1992年巴塞羅那奧運會、1998年法國世界杯、2000年悉尼奧運會、2002年韓日世界杯、2004年雅典奧運會和2006年德國世界杯主體育場的設計單位和個人。“從總體上看，這12個設計方案代表了當今國際上體育場設計的最高水平和最新理念。”王士淳評價。
中日合作完成總體設計
體育場設計中方有優勢
天津建筑設計院最終與日本佐藤合作完成總體設計，設計方案有沒有幾易其稿？合作過程中有沒有矛盾？
“方案確定后，我們院長帶隊赴日本去研究方案修改問題，一共去了9個人，日本方面也多次派人到天津。在初步設計階段，我們院專門派了一位設計師在日本呆了一個月。佐藤很愿意與我們合作，他們對天津建筑設計院評價很高。”
由天津建筑設計院完成設計的天津體育中心，1995年43屆世乒賽投入使用時得到很高評價，該設計獲得很多國內建筑獎項最高榮譽。王士淳回憶，“日本佐藤很尊重我們，佐藤的優勢是搞音樂廳、劇院，日本國內很多著名劇院都是他搞的，而在體育場館設計方面我們有優勢，正好是一個彌補。”
天津建筑設計院在1995年成功設計天津體育館后名聲大噪，之后陸續做了廈門總工會體育中心、蘇州體育館、陜西體育館等大型工程，目前正參與沈陽奧體中心設計。“我們院在做體育場館等復雜的大型空間設計上有很大優勢，這也是我們院今后發展的特色。”
歷年來參與大型工程的設計鍛煉培養了一批人。王士淳說，“從1998年以后院里投資近100萬購買了一些世界先進設計軟件，通過研究應用培養了一批人才；院里還分階段組織人員到日本、歐洲等國家去考察，比如2004年雅典奧運會就派技術人員實地考察。”
設計周期前后花了兩年多
僅屋蓋設計圖紙超兩千張
號稱“世界首創湖上體育場”的“水滴”，建筑“皮膚”是由金屬和玻璃為主要材料，這個呈不規則橢圓形的“大水滴”屋架是鋼結構，據說屋蓋和鋼結構是施工難度最大的兩塊，到底難在何處？
“水滴屋蓋造型設計時是在計算機上建立的模型，但從設計圖紙落實到施工圖紙時，計算機模擬圖在實際施工時根本操作不了，我們等于要手工作業。‘水滴’屋蓋每條曲線都是圓弧，但這些圓弧不能由一個統一的數字方程來概括，屋蓋包括外弧里弧共有896條圓弧，我們測了近萬個節點擬合成整個曲面。”
王士淳的另一個身份是天津奧林匹克中心規劃設計總負責人，在他的辦公桌上，堆滿了厚厚的設計圖紙，說話間他從暖氣片后又抽出幾卷設計圖紙，“實際上我們僅屋面的設計圖紙就超過2000張，而其中最難的計算部分就是水滴抻出來的那部分。”
“水滴”的設計周期前后總共花了兩年多時間，天津建筑設計院曾召集全國專家論證，證明此設計在國內建筑界是最復雜的。“2005年有一個體育建筑學術研討會，全國知名專家論證：‘水滴’的曲線、造型、利用的材料都是最復雜的。”
王士淳證實，“水滴”施工的復雜性佐藤也是沒有預料到。“在施工過程當中，我們做的大部分工作，他們基本上不過問，在施工過程中我們要不斷修改設計上的問題，這么大屋面有金屬、玻璃等這么多性質不同的建筑材料，每一種膨脹系數都不同，將來會不會出現溫差變形？自然條件下不可預測的特殊情況會不會發生？都有待時間檢驗。”
“水滴”屋面板材覆蓋面積達7.7619萬平方米，到目前為止是國內最大的體育場，這么大屋蓋面積在世界上也是少有的。王士淳說，“佐藤只提到一句話——這個建筑很特別，要精心設計，不能讓業內人士，比如參加招標的設計師挑出毛病來。”
對于這個備受國際國內建筑界關注的項目，2007年9月10日女足世界杯將是它迎來的第一次實戰演練。
看臺超長無縫不切“西瓜瓣”
外露混凝柱梁板“原汁原味”
水滴在建筑結構上有兩大特點：一個是土建看臺“超長結構無縫設計”與施工，另一個是大懸挑屋蓋鋼結構設計。
作為具有國際標準的現代化體育場，“水滴”總建筑面積158000平方米，相當于24個標準足球場大。其中地上6層為鋼筋混凝土框架結構，其面積最大的首層樓蓋(樓板)長約470米，寬約370米，這樣大型的體育場土建看臺，若按常規每隔40米到50米設置伸縮縫，就會將外周長1038米的結構分成很多“西瓜瓣”式獨立框架，這不僅給施工帶來麻煩，更給建筑后期使用帶來不便，比如很多體育用房的分隔。
對此設計人員采用了“超長結構無縫設計”。
目前國際上對于建筑結構變形作用導致裂縫發生，客觀上存在兩類學派：第一類，對伸縮縫和沉降縫的設置基本采取“裂了就堵，堵不住就排”的處理方法，采用此類設計的有日、英、美等；第二類主要按規范每隔一段距離留一條伸縮縫，即留縫就不裂的設計原則，采用此原理的有前蘇聯、前東歐和中國等。
“大量的工程實踐證明，留縫與否并不是決定結構變形與否的唯一條件，留縫不一定不裂，不留縫不一定裂。綜上我們認為控制裂縫重點在防。”天津建筑設計院副總工程師宋徹告訴記者。
看臺土建施工的“超長結構”，按國家規定室外結構30米長就應斷縫，室內結構55米長斷一個縫，“‘水滴’1038米外周長沒有斷縫，在長江以北建筑結構里是最長的，這個技術難度被我們攻克。”
另外，“水滴”看臺施工采用的是預置看臺板方式，即預先在生產車間完成看臺的澆筑和制作，然后運到施工現場安裝。“水滴”內所有外露的混凝土柱、梁、板一律采用清水混凝土澆筑，后期加工無須再粉刷，使看臺板呈現混凝土的“原汁原味”。記者在現場看到，空闊的看臺區板面平整、色澤一致、線條順滑，既有現代體育場的簡潔明快，又顯得質樸素雅。
“好鋼用在刀刃上”減少造價
減鋼量改進施工節約七千萬
在減少建筑造價上，“水滴”的上部鋼結構屋架設計很值得大書一筆。“水滴”的鋼結構屋架是由一榀一榀V字形平行弦主行桁架支撐，通過大量分析，僅此一項就使用鋼量從中標設計所需的17000噸降到13000噸。
“用鋼量少了但分布更均勻了；更重要的是結構性能在提高，比如結構線性屈曲特征值由2.7增大到5.1，這個數字變化的意義是：‘水滴’鋼結構原來荷載加到2.7就會失穩，通過對日方方案優化修改，最大荷載可增到5.1，對增強抗震性意義重大。另外，鋼材厚度也由24公分降到20公分。”副總工程師宋徹告訴記者。
“好鋼用在刀刃上”的鋼材合理分布最明顯的效果是：“鋼材用量縮減了4000噸，節省了5600萬元；日方確定方案時用的鋼號是Q390，最后我們用的是Q345，鋼的標號也降下來了。2004年招標時國內還沒有Q390鋼材，國家也提出舉辦節約奧運。鋼號降下來用國產的鋼材意義很大。”
宋徹說，“‘水滴’總造價是14.2億，鋼結構屋架本身中標時用鋼造價是1.95億，若全部靠進口得2億左右，選用國產鋼從加工、運輸、調裝上就能節省40%到60%。”
天津土質不好，特別是場館地基在水洼地帶，“我們打樁就選用預應力管裝，2003年開工打樁就選用此方法又節約了資金。原來中標時打樁預計需投資3000多萬，改成預應力管裝后預算是1952萬，又節約了1000多萬。”
水滴奇異無規律可循
進場傻眼一坐一天半
2005年9月2日，負責“水滴”屋面施工的沈陽遠大鋁業工程有限公司項目經理李瑩從沈陽趕到天津，當天進入現場，他馬上就傻眼了。“整個屋蓋根本無規律可循，我第一感是無從下手。來之前在家里研究了好多方案，到現場發現全部是紙上談兵。”
2003年8月28日天津奧林匹克中心體育工程正式開工。“水滴”在土建、看臺、鋼結構屋架逐項完工后，這個呈不規則橢圓形的“大水滴”設計和施工難度最大的另一塊“硬骨頭”——屋蓋施工“粉墨登場”。
據了解，承擔屋蓋工程施工的3家單位分別是：華方幕墻裝飾公司承擔屋蓋最內圈陽光板施工；澳大利亞來實承擔整個屋蓋防水板施工；屋面裝飾板加玻璃幕墻由沈陽遠大鋁業工程有限公司承擔，占屋蓋工程量50%。
李瑩面對這個陌生的“龐然大物” ，在球場中心點(整個場館只有一個坐標圓點，不管是看臺施工還是鋼結構、土建結構施工全用這一個坐標點，這個點位于球場的正中心)整整坐了一天半，“我想怎么測啊！對我的挑戰首先是測量放線。”
現場放線條件和想象的完全是兩回事兒，“水滴”整個屋蓋是不規則的雙曲面。李瑩先觀察地形，想上到屋面，“但上不去，我突然發現鋼結構施工結束后有一架沒卸走的垂直扶梯可通到屋面，趕緊爬上20多米，下到地面后，又到看臺最高點觀察，有了點想法。”
但回到場心圓點，放線問題還是沒有解決。“我坐到圓點上想怎么測，打電話到公司總部咨詢，但不到現場誰也不知道該怎么測。坐在那里，我一抬頭發現對面土建墻體有幾個窗洞口，一共大概是八個洞，線能直接打出去嗎？我那時腦子里一閃。‘全站儀’是否能解決此問題？我趕緊咨詢使用過這種儀器的同行，把想法一說，OK，可以測了。”
把點引出去的放線問題兩天后解決。
“全站儀”解決攔路虎
大型鋼結構會“飄移”
“全站儀”在這時承擔了極其重要的角色。它的使用原理是——已知一個點通過遠紅外線就可以測到任何空間一點的坐標值。李瑩承認，“我們公司以前也干過大型體育場，但結構都不一樣，對‘全站儀’也很陌生。一開始我只想到用普通的測量方式比如經緯儀、水平儀等，但這些儀器對異形測量完全無效。我在那兒坐了一天，想出用‘全站儀’，之前僅聽說過卻沒使用過。”
大型鋼結構普遍存在的問題是“動”——飄移。李瑩說，“不像土建樓，因為熱脹冷縮金屬建材早中晚三個時間段溫度值都不一樣。”記者采訪當天室外溫度零下8攝氏度，李瑩指了指工地，“現在去測也是變值，本身它的結構非常大，測量以后發現是‘動’的，而這種‘動’通過理論計算加上先進的節點處理可以消化熱脹冷縮的溫差變化值，保證玻璃的安全性。”
水滴“皮膚”是鋁板玻璃
前期測量兩萬五千個點
沈陽遠大鋁業工程有限公司總工程師崔慶輝的聲音從電話里清晰地傳過來，對于“水滴”的不規則幾何造型，這位總工告訴記者，“用幾個數字就能形象說明：‘水滴’經線曲度半徑最大是350米，最小是50米；緯線最長是215米，最短是35米。沒有任何幾何規則。”
“從難度上講，設計上的難點是深度變形和荷載重量的鋁合金板熱脹冷縮和硬度。經緯采用電腦的三維照排版技術，精確到每一個板塊的。‘水滴’需使用大塊鋁板23000塊、玻璃5300塊，要把所有這些材料組合成一個水滴狀。”
要把面積達48000平方米的“金屬裝飾板”和18000平方米的“雙鋼化夾膠”玻璃覆蓋到“水滴”上。設計上的難點落實到施工時，項目經理李瑩遇到的第二個“攔路虎”是，如何讓這些材質各異的“皮膚”安全妥帖地覆蓋好。
李瑩：“我們首先測量鋼結構的誤差率。按理論在異形鋼架上覆蓋玻璃幕墻時，可能會出現包不過來或包不順溜的情況，本身鋼結構完工后與施工標準就有很大偏差，比如，實際鋼結構和土建允許誤差值在2公分，而玻璃最大允許偏差值是3毫米，超過3毫米就裝不上。”
進場之前初步設計已形成，深化設計時把誤差值消化掉，沈陽遠大前期測量投入14人，歷時一個半月，于2005年11月結束測量工作，李瑩說，“我們共測了25000多個節點。”
泰山索道激發靈感
懸索運輸游刃有余
“通過計算鋼結構熱脹冷縮值是2公分半左右，若再計算脹凍對幕墻的影響，局部最大也超不過4公分。對玻璃幕墻的影響，間縫影響可能是1.5毫米，沒超過3毫米，問題不大可以消化掉。”
深化設計，準備施工！2006年2月份經過兩個月深化設計，準備工作全部做完，開始進場施工。
但進入現場，李瑩又遇到第三個攔路虎——運輸方式問題。“過去工程施工運輸方式一般都是采用垂直升降運輸，比如‘塔吊’、‘灌籠’等，由于‘水滴’鋼結構是異形的，材料運上去若采用垂直運輸很可能運不到作業面。怎么辦？建這種大型的體育建筑過去沒有過施工經驗。我最先想過用架子搭通道，沿樓外圍搭金屬架，用人把材料抬到樓頂，但從作業面到屋頂得走500多米，投入人力物力太大，這種方法一方面影響進度，一方面影響別人施工。”
李瑩后來想用吊車，但費用太高且不適用，“用吊車最大得用100噸半徑才能達到我們的要求。我在濟南干工程時去爬過泰山，泰山索道突然給了我們靈感——改用懸索運輸！運輸索道就類似泰山索道，從地面材料堆放地到屋蓋最高點，增設8到10個索道，可運到樓面的任何部分，速度還快。這是我們集體想出來的。”
為什么懸索運輸會有優勢？李瑩分析，“普通樓從上到下結構比較方正，垂直運輸在作業面上來回行走也不成問題。而‘水滴’的異形結構使操作成為問題。”
穿防滑鞋系安全帶
鋼繩連著“蜘蛛俠”
施工測量放線和運輸這兩個最大的問題解決后，安全成為重中之重。
“從集團上面就要求，安全作業是重中之重。‘水滴’屋蓋最高點距地有53米，屬高空作業，沒有防護絕對容易下落傷人。”沈陽遠大的做法是：采取三圈安全防護網；施工工人在屋面施工時一定要系安全繩，穿防滑鞋；所有施工工人在作業面上施工，施工工具都要用繩子連在身上。這樣做的目的是，下頭場地交叉作業單位太多，屋面施工工人既不要傷到別人也不要傷著自己。
“非常滑！工人到金屬屋面上去鋪玻璃，有點水就非常滑。作業受天氣影響非常大，只要預報有雨，馬上組織工人離開作業面，下雨下雪就得停工。”李瑩說。
安裝金屬鋁板，施工人員施工時，腳下的防水板一踩就會有下沉回彈問題，安玻璃板時就不能按理論去做，新的問題來了，馬上要計算回彈值是多少。這個問題是在施工作業中才發現的，馬上要調整施工方案重新設計尺寸。
“我們每天工作前都要檢查安全帽、安全帶，穿防滑鞋，工作時安全帶我們都連在鋼絲繩上，安裝用的工具都用繩子系好，防止高空落物，安裝玻璃時要小心別碰碎玻璃，另外螺絲不要掉下去。安全手冊、掛圖等我們經常看，下雨天和吃飯時我們就看，挺好懂的，和手冊、掛圖相比，光盤不用我們自己念，省得有些字不認識。”
“搬運材料時4個人要步調一致，平穩地把玻璃放在預裝臺上，捆綁時要將吊裝帶捆結實，并使捆綁帶受力均勻，防止玻璃起吊后出現掉帶的情況。”玻璃安裝工李永鐵和張中文接受記者采訪時稱。
沈陽遠大作為國內幕墻業“龍頭老大”，其產值2006年達79億元，目前承擔的國際工程除“水滴”外，還包括號稱歐洲第一高樓、高達400余米的俄羅斯聯邦大廈和總造價6.4億元的阿聯酋迪拜某工程。
分管安全的副項目經理何雷告訴記者，“公司的聲譽要從點滴維護。‘水滴’既是國家工程又是國際工程，責任重大！”
在“水滴”施工場外，記者仰頭遙望——在高渺的屋蓋上忙碌的安裝工猶如“蜘蛛俠”，一個黑點連著一根長繩，弓身作業。
