We've read about them in books and seen them portrayed on the screen, but do we know exactly what a bounty hunter is and what his job entails? Is it really what you see on reality television or is there more to it?Basically, a bounty hunter, or fugitive recovery agent, is a person who apprehends fugitives in exchange for payment. If a defendant fails to show up for a court appearance, he is then considered a fugitive. When this happens, the bail bond company will hire a bounty hunter to recover the fugitive. The term "Fugitive Recovery" Agent is preferred by those in the industry over the more derogatory "bounty hunter" because the term "bounty hunter" conjures up images of the old west with its "dead or alive posters" and rewards offered in exchange for the fugitive. A fugitive recovery agent works for a percentage of the bail amount, not a reward. A career as a fugitive recovery agent is not to be taken lightly. This can add up to hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for a busy agent.Different states have different restrictions. For example, in certain states a bounty hunter cannot carry a fire arm. In others, fire arms are allowed but a background check is required; still other states require visible identification such as that written on the back of a t-shirt or jacket. Unlike a police officer, a fugitive recovery agent doesn't need a warrant to apprehend a fugitive and can enter private property. Bounty hunters are also allowed to cross state lines without an extradition treaty. 上帝存在于細節之中，魔鬼也一樣。再精心準備的尾牙沒有現場的縝密的流程監控也會功虧一簣。會場大小，舞臺高度，燈光選角，甚至現場的電壓、接電點的位置選擇都大意不得。
杰克·韋爾奇說：“我喜歡慶功大會……我覺得做企業是一件有趣的事情，我也希望我所有的員工能夠享受這樣的工作。因為你知道，你一生大部分清醒的時間都是在工作，所以一定要把工作變成一件令人開心的事情。為什么不呢？”在星巴克，人們不但要慶祝，還要像明星一樣的慶祝。
像明星一樣的頒獎
一張張笑臉在大屏幕上伴著優美的音樂出現，之后一位盛裝出席的金發碧眼的嘉賓打開了一個信封，面對臺下的所有觀眾，他說出了一個名字，于是一陣掌聲與歡呼，在奧斯卡主題曲的伴奏下，一位同樣盛裝而出的優勝者激動地走上臺來，接過獎品，在話筒前站定，開始了他的獲獎感言……
不過，這可不是奧斯卡的頒獎典禮，而是北京美大星巴克公司年會上頒獎慶功的片段。
每年1月11日，也就是星巴克在北京市場上第一家店國貿店開店的日子，北京美大星巴克公司都會舉辦年會。在這一天，慶祝過去一年的成功是年會上必不可少的環節。獲獎者都是在過去一年中有過突出表現的合作伙伴員工。他們的獎項不是奧斯卡最佳男/女主角等等，而是“星光普照獎”、“星火燎原獎”、“女神擁抱獎”、“女神之吻獎”或者是最高獎“總裁獎”。對于星巴克的合作伙伴來說，這可是比小金人珍貴得多的獎勵。
而更讓全場氣氛上升的是砸冰雕的環節。盛裝出席的星巴克高層會人手一把鐵錘，將一個數字冰雕砸得粉碎。而這個數字代表的是星巴克來年的計劃開店數目，隨著冰花四射，臺上臺下也是一片歡騰。
創意的提供者，也是年會的策劃人、星巴克公司區域經理丁磊這樣表示：“為了把年會搞得新穎熱烈，我從前一年年會結束后，就開始醞釀第二年的主題和各個主要環節的形式。帶著這個念頭，我幾乎每時每刻都留心好的創意。”一天在看電視時見到小天后蔡依琳為慶祝唱片銷量突破700萬，采用了砸冰雕的方式。丁磊眼前一亮，“就是它了!”這個廣泛在娛樂界應用的造勢手段開始被應用到星巴克每年的尾牙上。
年會=項目管理
從第一年年會至今，一直擔任年會總導演、總制片、總執行、總……的星巴克區域經理丁磊先生，可以說是辦年會的“行家里手”。“辦年會實踐上就是項目管理。”經過六七年的實踐，他總結出了企業自辦年會的一套經驗。
從年會的策劃案出臺到成功的舉辦，全過程一般要兩個月的時間。期間涉及到各個部門、不同成員的協同合作。“我在前一年年會結束后開始醞釀，到距第二年年會兩個月左右的時間完成策劃方案。策劃案首先要向公司總裁報告，聽取他對年會的主題、形式以及預算的意見。”來自上層的認可和支持，是年會順利進行的前提條件。
策劃案確定之后，就到了實施階段。“這是我最忙的時候。”丁經理說，“我首先請各店的合作伙伴上報他們的節目。” 為了保持全場的熱烈氣氛，他盡可能多地把各店的合作伙伴節目串聯起來，或者共同合作，表演一個新的節目。這樣既最大限度地保證了大家的參與度，又不增加年會的時間。
“另外，我還需要人力資源部和市場部的支持。前者要為我提供獲獎者提名清單和照片，而后者則負責提供獎品。”去年年會的獎品之一是有新女排全體成員簽名的排球，“它可是在現場制造了不小的轟動。大家你爭我搶，場面壯觀。”看來市場部準備獎品也是花了一番心思的。各部門做到最好，才能保證年會時的精彩無限。
成本控制也是年會項目管理的重要內容。“有一點要特別提醒各企業組織年會的同仁們的是，由于年底是各種聚會活動集中的時候，最好盡早預訂酒店和租用各種燈光、音效設備等。這樣可以減少不必要的麻煩，還有可能節約一定的費用。”丁經理控制成本方面是典范。他充分發揮自己各方面的特長，在Flash制作、音樂編輯、短片拍攝等環節都是“自己動手，豐衣足食”。僅這幾項就為星巴克每年年會節約了幾萬元的開支。雖然像丁先生這樣一專多能型的人才不是每個企業里都找得到，但是相信每個企業都會找到掌握一兩種技能的人，把他們聯合起來，就可以保持年會項目在成本范圍內順利實施。
“總體說來，年會項目的時間進程一般分為三個階段。第一階段是距年會兩個月左右的時間。這時需要做的事情包括確定策劃方案、節目海選、預訂場地及相關設備等；第二個階段主要是我自己來完成。我會在選定的節目基礎上進行改編，使其更符合年會的主題，然后在大約距年會一個月的時間里進行彩排；最后的階段是購買相關道具以及節目的最后彩排等。”
經驗分享
租用場地是不算大也不算小的一件事，它既不能太大，讓企業承擔不必要的費用；也不能太小，幾百人擠在一起，怎么能心情舒暢呢？以舉辦一個200～300人的年會為例，北京地區中、高檔的酒店可以選擇中旅大廈、華潤飯店、華北大酒店、國際會議中心等；一個400～600人的年會，可選擇的地點有中旅大廈、國貿飯店、嘉里中心飯店、世紀金源、國際會議中心。實際上如果不考慮價格因素，國貿飯店基本上可以滿足各種規模的年會。
另外，還要格外注意的一點是，現場的空間應盡可能大一些，尤其是房高要至少5米，因為年會一般需要搭建燈光設備，在塔起燈架后，要以不會給人壓抑的感覺為準。剛才提到的酒店都有自己的舞臺，可以節省一部分自己搭建的費用和時間。
供表演的舞臺也要足夠大(去年星巴克選用的舞臺約200平方米)，除了預留臺上演員表演的空間外，還要有足夠的余地安置背景板、樂隊(包括架子鼓)、燈光音效設備、泡泡機、干冰機等等。
雖然大家的唱功都還說得過去，但畢竟是業余演員，超過30秒就有“露餡兒”的可能。另外，每個演員有與自己最親近的人，他們表演時，自己的親友團會最熱情，因此一個好辦法是將每位演員、每首歌的最精彩部分留下，做一個“大串聯”。這樣上臺的演員更多，氣氛更熱烈。同時員工的參與度增強了，眼球的疲勞度降低了，還加強了部分員工之間的交流。
彩排是必不可少的環節，除了讓大家對年會的全部表演過程有整體的把握外，還有助于提升演員的現場感。有的演員原來表演可以打7分，彩排之后，現場感會使他們提升兩分，這對保證整臺年會的質量是十分必要的。
最后，還有一點千萬別忘記，那就是燈光、音效等設備對場地的供電能力要求較高，所以一定要事先了解場地租賃方能提供的電力總瓦數，以及是否能提供動力電、接電點在什么位置等細節問題。在北京，高壓電纜是8元/米，接電點的位置自然越近越好。

誤交貨如何擔責？

運單有誤 貨物遭遇冒領
A公司購買B公司價值20萬元的貨物，合同約定B公司將貨物代辦托運。B公司遂向當地鐵路西站辦理了托運貨物到C火車站的運輸手續，貨物保價15萬元。B公司填寫收貨人時將A公司誤寫為AM公司。貨物抵達C火車站后，該站依據與D物流公司的代理合同，將貨車調配到D物流公司的專線卸車，并辦理了交接手續。當日D公司向A公司發出領貨通知。兩日后A公司持領貨憑證到C火車站辦理領貨手續，因運單上收貨人與實際不符，未辦成。第二日，A公司按持領貨憑證C火車站要求出具證明辦結領貨手續，向D公司交納了專線、暫存、卸車等費用，提貨時得知貨物已在昨天被冒領。經查，冒領人所持運單系偽造。A公司遂對D公司提起訴訟，索賠貨損20萬元及其他損失。
細致操作 完善交貨環節
本案中，究竟誰應該承擔對A公司的賠償責任呢？是D公司還是運輸合同的交貨義務人C火車站？責任承擔者承擔多少責任？讓我們一一進行分析。
A公司與D公司之間是否存在倉儲保管關系？
D公司是專門從事貨物中轉、倉儲保管業務的公司，本案中C火車站將貨物調配到D公司的專線存放，D公司向A公司收取了專線費、暫存費，似乎A公司與D公司之間設立了倉儲保管關系。
但是，本案最根本的法律關系是運輸合同法律關系，承運人的責任是將貨物運抵到站并交給運單載明的收貨人。貨物運抵到站至交給A公司之前的暫存保管是承運人義務的組成部分。D公司對交付前的貨物的暫存保管，是代理承運人履行運輸合同環節的行為。C火車站與D公司對貨物的交接是承運人與代理人的交接。承運人或者它的代理人沒有正確交付貨物，表明運輸合同沒有完全履行，因此產生的糾紛是鐵路貨物運輸合同誤交付糾紛。
從另一個角度說，A公司沒有委托D公司代理領取貨物，而A公司支付的保管費是因為貨物暫存超過免費保管期限，按照鐵路法規向承運人支付的費用，該費用屬于運輸雜費范圍。
因此，在本案中A公司與D公司之間不存在事實上的倉儲保管法律關系，D公司的一切行為都只是作為C火車站的代理人，代表C火車站履行運輸合同義務的，D公司與A公司之間沒有合同法律關系。
賠償責任如何承擔？
1、A公司有權依據運輸合同向C火車站索賠。C火車站作為承運人有義務將貨物按照約定交給收貨人A公司，而本案中C火車站的代理人卻因過錯將貨物交付冒領者，其交付貨物的合同義務未履行。故A公司有權對C火車站提出索賠。同時C火車站在賠償后有權向D公司追償。
2、A公司雖然不能以違約之訴向D公司索賠，但有權以侵權之訴為由起訴D公司要求賠償。D公司在代理交貨時因過錯將貨物誤交給冒領者，侵害了A公司的財產權，應承擔侵權損害賠償責任。專線作為鐵路的組成部分，運輸范圍內行為應由鐵路法調整。在冒領過程中，D公司無法辨認運單真偽，其誤交付屬一般過失。參照有關鐵路司法解釋，D公司可享受承運人賠償責任限制，該貨物以保價運輸，依據鐵路法規定，D公司應按保價金額15萬元賠償。
本案中一些細小的錯誤最終釀成了大損失，比如B公司對收貨人的錯誤填寫、D公司交貨時的馬虎。這對部分物流企業是一個很深刻的教訓，對此筆者針對本案提出一些建議：首先，在交貨環節中要完備交貨條件。在本案中要求領貨者除提供運單外，還應提供買賣合同、營業執照副本、授權委托書等，從而更嚴密地鎖定領貨人，使違法分子無可乘之機。其次，通過與承運人簽訂的合同約定明確的責任限制，并敦促承運人將責任限制條款寫在與托運人的合同內，本案中對托運人對收貨人名稱的錯寫就可約定為責任限制條款內容。

本案中，究竟誰應該承擔對A公司的賠償責任呢？是D公司還是運輸合同的交貨義務人C火車站？責任承擔者承擔多少責任？讓我們一一進行分析。
A公司與D公司之間是否存在倉儲保管關系？
D公司是專門從事貨物中轉、倉儲保管業務的公司，本案中C火車站將貨物調配到D公司的專線存放，D公司向A公司收取了專線費、暫存費，似乎A公司與D公司之間設立了倉儲保管關系。
但是，本案最根本的法律關系是運輸合同法律關系，承運人的責任是將貨物運抵到站并交給運單載明的收貨人。貨物運抵到站至交給A公司之前的暫存保管是承運人義務的組成部分。D公司對交付前的貨物的暫存保管，是代理承運人履行運輸合同環節的行為。C火車站與D公司對貨物的交接是承運人與代理人的交接。承運人或者它的代理人沒有正確交付貨物，表明運輸合同沒有完全履行，因此產生的糾紛是鐵路貨物運輸合同誤交付糾紛。
從另一個角度說，A公司沒有委托D公司代理領取貨物，而A公司支付的保管費是因為貨物暫存超過免費保管期限，按照鐵路法規向承運人支付的費用，該費用屬于運輸雜費范圍。
因此，在本案中A公司與D公司之間不存在事實上的倉儲保管法律關系，D公司的一切行為都只是作為C火車站的代理人，代表C火車站履行運輸合同義務的，D公司與A公司之間沒有合同法律關系。
賠償責任如何承擔？
1、A公司有權依據運輸合同向C火車站索賠。C火車站作為承運人有義務將貨物按照約定交給收貨人A公司，而本案中C火車站的代理人卻因過錯將貨物交付冒領者，其交付貨物的合同義務未履行。故A公司有權對C火車站提出索賠。同時C火車站在賠償后有權向D公司追償。
2、A公司雖然不能以違約之訴向D公司索賠，但有權以侵權之訴為由起訴D公司要求賠償。D公司在代理交貨時因過錯將貨物誤交給冒領者，侵害了A公司的財產權，應承擔侵權損害賠償責任。專線作為鐵路的組成部分，運輸范圍內行為應由鐵路法調整。在冒領過程中，D公司無法辨認運單真偽，其誤交付屬一般過失。參照有關鐵路司法解釋，D公司可享受承運人賠償責任限制，該貨物以保價運輸，依據鐵路法規定，D公司應按保價金額15萬元賠償。
本案中一些細小的錯誤最終釀成了大損失，比如B公司對收貨人的錯誤填寫、D公司交貨時的馬虎。這對部分物流企業是一個很深刻的教訓，對此筆者針對本案提出一些建議：首先，在交貨環節中要完備交貨條件。在本案中要求領貨者除提供運單外，還應提供買賣合同、營業執照副本、授權委托書等，從而更嚴密地鎖定領貨人，使違法分子無可乘之機。其次，通過與承運人簽訂的合同約定明確的責任限制，并敦促承運人將責任限制條款寫在與托運人的合同內，本案中對托運人對收貨人名稱的錯寫就可約定為責任限制條款內容。

經常聽到信息主管們抱怨，IT項目中的“豆腐渣”工程也不少，怎樣才能減小IT項目中的風險呢？抓住這條線索，經過跟蹤、討論，我們決定做一個關于項目監理的調查報告，選擇了國內信息化應用程度較高的行業部門如銀行、證券、保險、氣象、社保、旅游等，和部分大型企業如華北制藥、哈爾濱軸承集團、哈爾濱飛機制造企業、躍進汽車集團、中國石化等30個樣本作為調查對象，以探討項目監理在項目建設中的應用情況、相關問題和對IT產業發展的意義。
項目監理：應用初露端倪
調查結果顯示，對于大多數企業來說，項目監理是個新概念。只有30%的被調查者表示在某些信息化項目中使用過監理服務。在70%未使用過項目監理的被調查者中，5%表示聽說過，95%表示知道建筑工程有監理，但在IT信息化項目中引入監理還是第一次聽說。
眾所周知，建筑工程中的監理是出于對消費者合法權益的保護，而對建筑施工單位進行監督的一種機制。延伸到IT產業，實際上，項目監理就是對IT公司實施的項目進行有效監督，從而維護行業或企業用戶權益的一種機制。
另外，調查結果顯示，20%的被調查者認為監理應該對項目全程負責，監理內容從需求分析開始，到方案優選，設備和技術選型，投資控制，組織管理，驗收和測試，甚至包括對糾紛的調解等。其他被調查者表示，可以選擇部分監理，但服務內容至少包括對項目進行監督和質量控制。
中國人民銀行北京分行在北京城域網項目的建設過程中，請了清華萬博做全程監理服務。北京分行科技處的蘇嚴萍說:“監理公司是幫助用戶把關的。實施項目前，我們先請監理公司對系統集成商進行考核，看是否有能力做好我們的項目。對項目所需要的網絡設備和技術的鑒定也由監理機構做，從而保證了項目能在公開、公正、科學、嚴謹的環境下進行，也避免以后走彎路。在實施過程中，每周都召開例會，及時了解項目進展，發現并快速糾正失誤。有許多考慮不周或沒有考慮到的地方，都及時進行了修改。項目結束后，還由清華萬博幫助做驗收測試等后續工作。監理服務的效果令人非常滿意。”
上海統計局信息系統工程是由上海統計局組織實施，總投資達2500萬的大項目。主要給一個占地4000平方米的四層大樓構筑網絡辦公系統。該項目引入了上海凱方計算機系統公司的部分監理服務，據上海統計局信息中心沈主任講，監理主要負責“把好技術關”，監理內容有安排測試計劃，驗收項目等。具體實施時，每周也召開一次項目例會，及時協調有關問題。效果很好。

There are certain household activities that should be monitored for the sake of fire prevention. One of these is cooking. A stove that is in use should never be left unattended and all flammable materials, such as pot holders or food packages, should be kept away from the burners. Care must also be taken when doing laundry. Dryers are often responsible for domestic fires and, therefore, should not be left unattended. People should always be observant of the electrical wiring in the buildings they occupy. 引領家電新時尚 產品工業設計成為利器

8年前，中國企業只是關注產品技術，工業設計還很難被接受。這兩年，在中國制造走向中國創造的浪潮中，工業設計越來越受關注。從事工業設計有近10年經驗的開能設計公司設計總監李瑨表示。記者了解到，僅從家電領域的企業戰略來看，工業設計也已成為它們的基礎性技術，中國制造正在向中國創造發生著轉變。不過知易行難，想擺脫依賴現狀自主研發，中國工業設計還有很漫長的路要走。
家電企業建立設計機構
作為在中國經濟中占據一定比重的消費電子產業，正面臨著從最基礎的加工制造產業向智慧創新產業的再次升級，而工業設計水平的提升是產業升級的有效途徑。記者了解到，當前國內消費電子企業的工業設計水平，則呈現出點高面低的不規則發展狀態。
TCL多媒體全球研發中心平板設計中心副總經理嚴方紅告訴《中國電子報》記者，隨著超薄、多功能技術的不斷融合，消費電子產品的工業設計越來越重要。以彩電為例，產品會朝著上網無線化、內容高清化、服務多樣化等方向發展。
而從產品角度看，長虹最新推出的電視也明顯帶有精工細雕的成分，以長虹第二代歐麗安等離子電視為例，在節能、超薄、3D、全高清等技術指標上取得了同步推進。記者了解到，在長虹內部，工業設計連同集成電路設計、嵌入式軟件設計及工程設計等并稱為四大基礎共性技術能力，可見工業設計在長虹中的地位。
前不久我們和清華大學達成合作，雙方將在黑色家電、白色家電、先進制造領域和工業設計四大方面展開長期合作。長虹多媒體產業公司副總經理陳寧告訴《中國電子報》記者。
此外，海爾集團海高設計制造公司平均兩天申報一項專利，深圳三諾電子有限公司多次舉辦三諾杯工業設計大賽，聯想有多個創新實驗室全面負責設計戰略的制定、全線消費產品的設計開發和設計推廣，奇瑞、華為、康佳、飛亞達等工業企業也都在設計創新中邁出了新步伐。
記者了解到，目前在國內消費電子領域，TCL、美的、海信、創維、長虹等大型企業均建立了各自的工業設計機構。有的是作為公司的獨立子公司進行市場化運作，有的則是作為公司的研發團隊出現，有的則還屬于企業的美術設計部門。

由于信號問題，今夏南非世界杯3D轉播未能實現，此舉也被眾多球迷視為一種遺憾。近日從相關方面傳來確切消息，即將于11月開幕的廣州亞運會將在國際上率先實現大型綜合體育賽事3D試播。由此也引發了近期市場對3D平板電視的新一輪追捧。
記者近日也從蘇寧了解到，早在南非世界杯期間，具有全高清、倍頻技術、小于8毫秒的響應時間、運動處理芯片、LED新背光源等五重技術的5A運動平板電視，成為當時消費者選購電視的頂級標準參數。蘇寧電器黑電采銷管理中心總經理劉鵬表示，隨著3D亞運會的即將開播，國內平板電視消費市場必然會興起一股3D流行風潮。基于5A運動平板標準上新增的3D技術，即6A標準，將成為當下運動平板最高配置參數。
據悉，所謂運動平板是指通過對電視商品的長期專業研究，結合消費者的需求而設計開發的具有動態影像處理技術的電視產品。此類運動平板能夠充分滿足消費者觀看激烈比賽時，對動態畫面、清晰畫質及立體成像等多重視覺需求。
2010三十余款旗艦3D運動平板蘇寧首發上市
記者從蘇寧了解到，三星、夏普、索尼、海信、TCL、創維、LG、長虹等主流品牌2010年30余款新品3D運動平板已于蘇寧首發上市。劉鵬認為，無論是合資或者國產主流彩電工廠均集中開發其3D平板產品，而陸續首發上市的3D產品也以其鮮明的特點來吸引消費者的關注。
例如三星方面，其主打3D運動平板UA55C7000WFXXZ，搭載了靚芯圖像引擎和新睿動感技術，配合其黑水晶超清晰面板，使高速動態影像纖毫畢現;夏普方面，其LCD-60LV925A平板電視搭載了夏普獨有的四基色技術和新一代X超晶面板，觀眾在收看亞運賽事時，尤其是馬術、游泳等背景色彩豐富的場景比賽時，不僅可感受到四基色技術帶來的純正艷麗畫面逼真色彩，更能有效抑制背光燈漏光現象，大大降低了電源的消耗;另一合資品牌索尼推出的KDL-55NX810，則通過增加LED背光燈的數量，使3D畫面更加明亮鮮活，同時更具防頻閃功能，可有效防止頻閃產生保證觀眾觀看時的畫面穩定性。作為國產品牌一線陣營的海信剛剛推出的LED46XT39G3D智能3D電視，除了標配了3D功能以外，還為觀眾提供了多項智能應用功能，通過LED46XT39G3D搭載的操作系統，可以自行安裝、卸載軟件、游戲等第三方服務商提供的程序，實現應用的無限擴展和社會技術資源的共享。

作為彩電的新品類，互聯網電視、智能電視近期越來越受到輿論的關注。不過，在筆者看來，互聯網電視、智能電視絕不僅僅是彩電的新的品類，實際上，這是彩電逐漸變得像IT產品而非傳統家電產品的轉折點。隨之而來的，將是消費者購買彩電的選購模式、更新換代頻率、使用彩電方式等多方面的變化。
在人們的普遍印象中，電視機是家用電器的一種。不過，與空調、冰箱、洗衣機等白色家電不同的是，電視機屬于黑色家電。在我國傳統的工業類別劃分中，冰箱、洗衣機等屬于輕工業，電視機則屬于電子工業。這就意味著，彩電本質上屬于電子產品，而非電器產品。
在IT業有一個摩爾定律，大致意思是，每過18個月，電腦的性能提升一倍，價格降低一半。而傳統家電產品的性能提升速度就慢得多了，價格變化也遠沒有電腦那么快。
有彩電企業高層向筆者描述過電子產品的主動更新與被動更新的問題。一臺傳統家電產品，消費者用上十年八年之后，覺得產品實在太舊了，看不順眼了，或者該產品運轉不順暢了，才下定決心換購一臺新的，這是一種主動更新;而對于性能、價格變化較快的IT產品，消費者總是面臨各種誘惑，不斷地看到市面上出現性能更好的、但價格卻更便宜的新產品，所以，往往產品才用了三五年，就禁不住誘惑，去換購一臺新產品，這是一種被動更新。
在筆者的記憶中，2007年的時候，一臺主流配置的筆記本電腦需要1萬元左右，2010年的現在，筆記本電腦的主流配置已經從2007年的酷睿2雙核變為現在的i3雙核、i5雙核，價格最低只要5000元左右。
2007年時，一臺普通高清720P的32英寸液晶電視需要五六千元，而到現在，32英寸普通高清液晶電視主流價格已降至兩三千元，全高清32英寸液晶電視也只需要三四千元。
換一臺新電腦，消費者不但可獲得更快的運行速度，還能夠挑選、運行更多更好的應用程序，也就是說，電腦的功能變多了;換一臺新彩電，消費者可獲得更好的畫質，但是傳統上，電視機有什么功能都是預先內置的，消費者無法自行添加新的應用程序。而互聯網電視、智能電視的出現將改變電視機的這一缺憾。
互聯網電視或智能電視，實際上是一個新的平臺，消費者將能夠在一定程度上自行選擇安裝新的應用程序、體驗新的功能。因此，消費者換購電視機將多出一個強大的理由，而不是像以前一樣僅僅為了更好的畫質。
如此看來，在彩電IT化的時代，消費者換購電視機的頻率有望向換購電腦的頻率看齊，因為兩者擁有非常類似的理由：獲得更好的基礎性能(電腦運行速度或電視畫質);獲得更多更好的新功能與應用程序;新品的售價在不斷地大幅降低。

洗衣機：突破同質化壁壘 需打造品牌影響力

2010年中國洗衣機行業進入高度活躍期，中外洗衣機制造企業紛紛通過發布新品、新戰略甚至發動價格戰的方式爭奪中國洗衣機市場的話語權。利潤相對較高的滾筒洗衣機市場，更是成為中外洗衣機制造企業鏖戰的高地，一時間風云激蕩、備受業內關注。然而繁華的背后折射出的卻是令人堪憂中國洗衣機行業現狀產品同質化日趨嚴重，品牌影響力與技術創新能力較弱。
然而，在經歷了2010年上半年的市場角逐之后，中國本土洗衣機品牌如何在同質化競爭中尋求突破？洗衣機企業怎樣才能拼搶市場的同時，提升品牌形象、避免品牌形象受到損傷？這些問題都值得深思。
滾筒漸成主流產品同質化明顯
在一二級中國城市市場，洗衣機正面臨大規模升級換代周期，功能單一的中、低端洗衣機已經無法滿足中高收入家庭的需求，高端洗衣機逐漸受寵。其中滾筒洗衣機更是憑借變頻、智能等各種領先技術迎來突破性發展，儼然成為洗衣機消費的主流趨勢。
中外洗衣機企業發展的重心也早已轉移至滾筒洗衣機之上，2008年以來，西門子、松下、三洋、LG、三星、惠而浦、海爾、美的、小天鵝等中外洗衣機廠家相繼調整營銷策略，把滾筒型號列入主推產品行列。美的更是在今年3月份發動滾筒低價普及風暴，5.2公斤容量的滾筒洗衣機僅售1499元，將滾筒洗衣機的價格拉到了生死線，也在短期內推動了滾筒洗衣機市場份額的快速增長。
據我們專家課題組深入調查發現，自2009年12月，一直在份額上占弱勢的滾筒洗衣機認知比例驟然上升，2010年上半年滾筒洗衣機的認知比例達到了45.3％，大大縮短了與波輪洗衣機的差距。預計在今年下半年，滾筒洗衣機將超過波輪，占據絕對優勢地位。
隨著滾筒洗衣機的一路高歌猛進，整個國內滾筒機市場已經進入中外品牌強勢角逐的混戰時期，市場上的洗衣機產品同質化現象嚴重：各洗衣機產品在價格、外觀、技術、工藝和服務等方面的差異性越來越小，排他性競爭力不強。可以說，同質化競爭正逐漸成為困擾洗衣機行業的一大問題。
從中國近年來家電產業發展特征上分析，市場增長潛力大、產品同質化嚴重的領域就越容易發生價格戰，同質化趨勢加劇的洗衣機行業也難免價格戰的洗禮。今年美的洗衣機率先發動價格戰，之后海信、海爾、三洋、三星、LG甚至西門子也相繼跟進，采取部分型號洗衣機產品降價促銷手段。

然而，在經歷了2010年上半年的市場角逐之后，中國本土洗衣機品牌如何在同質化競爭中尋求突破？洗衣機企業怎樣才能拼搶市場的同時，提升品牌形象、避免品牌形象受到損傷？這些問題都值得深思。
滾筒漸成主流產品同質化明顯
在一二級中國城市市場，洗衣機正面臨大規模升級換代周期，功能單一的中、低端洗衣機已經無法滿足中高收入家庭的需求，高端洗衣機逐漸受寵。其中滾筒洗衣機更是憑借變頻、智能等各種領先技術迎來突破性發展，儼然成為洗衣機消費的主流趨勢。
中外洗衣機企業發展的重心也早已轉移至滾筒洗衣機之上，2008年以來，西門子、松下、三洋、LG、三星、惠而浦、海爾、美的、小天鵝等中外洗衣機廠家相繼調整營銷策略，把滾筒型號列入主推產品行列。美的更是在今年3月份發動滾筒低價普及風暴，5.2公斤容量的滾筒洗衣機僅售1499元，將滾筒洗衣機的價格拉到了生死線，也在短期內推動了滾筒洗衣機市場份額的快速增長。
據我們專家課題組深入調查發現，自2009年12月，一直在份額上占弱勢的滾筒洗衣機認知比例驟然上升，2010年上半年滾筒洗衣機的認知比例達到了45.3％，大大縮短了與波輪洗衣機的差距。預計在今年下半年，滾筒洗衣機將超過波輪，占據絕對優勢地位。
隨著滾筒洗衣機的一路高歌猛進，整個國內滾筒機市場已經進入中外品牌強勢角逐的混戰時期，市場上的洗衣機產品同質化現象嚴重：各洗衣機產品在價格、外觀、技術、工藝和服務等方面的差異性越來越小，排他性競爭力不強。可以說，同質化競爭正逐漸成為困擾洗衣機行業的一大問題。
從中國近年來家電產業發展特征上分析，市場增長潛力大、產品同質化嚴重的領域就越容易發生價格戰，同質化趨勢加劇的洗衣機行業也難免價格戰的洗禮。今年美的洗衣機率先發動價格戰，之后海信、海爾、三洋、三星、LG甚至西門子也相繼跟進，采取部分型號洗衣機產品降價促銷手段。

Those in private practice may have the greatest amount of flexibility regarding schedules and earnings potential. The other place to find speech pathologist jobs is in a university setting. Often, universities will hire individuals not only to provide therapeutic treatment to clients who may come through the university's hospital system, but also to conduct research and perform experiments.
