自去年年底銀監會“提示”房地產信托風險后，武漢房地產信托項目正逐漸拋棄住宅類項目。武漢本土兩家信托公司，開始成為武漢商業地產項目的“御用財神爺”。
去年以來，由于銀行收緊房地產行業信貸，信托一度成為開發商繞過銀行融資的通道。但一總部在武漢的信托公司人士表示，面對高企的房價，監管層的態度已經非常明確，行業不會在此時再為開發商融資。
據記者統計，近期方正東亞和交銀國信兩家本地信托公司，分別為南國大武漢生活廣場、武漢新天地、王家墩CBD、南國置業等多個項目完成融資，資金總規模超過12個億，但所涉項目已經沒有住宅類。
